We've been informed that a later version is coming soon, as the city has now decided agains the extension of Rio Vista, but this version gives you a good idea of the sorts of things planned along the west side of Powers.
September 08 city wide real estate sales were UP 5.6% over last year! This was the first year to year increase in over 2 years. October data went the other way, with a decrease of 10.2%, but with the election, banking problems etc, it was no wonder. Brighter days are ahead!
